Our Graduate Scheme
Barons offers competitive 1 year graduate schemes that further develop individuals into competent professionals. The Graduate scheme will be available for different roles in the business. When joining the company on our Graduate Scheme individuals will also be put through a Level 5 Apprenticeship in management and enrolled onto our Training Academy.
Upon completion of the graduate scheme, individuals will be given the opportunity to apply and join Barons Pub Company on a full-time contract in an environment for continuous development and learning opportunities.
