Chef de Partie, Full-time, 37 – 40 hours per week

Cafe is open 9am – 5pm every day

Flexible start times – You must be able to work weekends

Responsibilities include…

• Taking ownership of the section you are allocated – prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications
• To maintain the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site
• Take an active role in cost reduction, control of resources and portion control
• Working in line with Barons’ Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment
