This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced, standards-led hospitality professional looking to take on a new challenging role. The Crown and Cushion is exceptionally high-volume site with a large full-table service restaurant and a wedding/function venue all under one roof. The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing teams of 12+ front of house staff on service, taking at least £8-10k a day in sales.

You need to have had experience in a fast-paced operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and preferably hold a clean driving licence.
