This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced, standards-led hospitality professional looking to take on a new challenging role. The Star is a high-volume site with a large full-table-service restaurant, a function space and gorgeous outside garden with kids play area. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous experience of managing teams of 10+ front of house staff on service, taking up to £10k a day in sales.

For a successful application, you do need to have had experience in a fast-paced operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and preferably hold a clean driving licence.
