All of our sites are high-volume, full table service Pub Restaurants with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience. There is an additional element to this business – Meade Hall, a popular medieval function space hosting all types of events and weddings all year around.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, whilst ensuring the team is delivering the highest standards of service to our guests. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous experience of managing teams of 15+ front of house staff on service.

- You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities

- You will deliver on the Barons’ values and legal compliance responsibilities, and proactively lead our business objectives to help to achieve the company’s overall aim of ‘operational excellence’
You need to have had previous experience in a fast-paced operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and also hold a clean driving licence and have your own transport.
